
After running 118 circles around the tree outside I was feeling a little sore. I really needed to stretch out my muscles so I got out my power yoga book and read up on everything I should do to feel more like a young poodle again. I am going to focus on breathing and centering my core. I really like catcow position and the cobra. Obviously downward dog is my favorite. ( I like downward dog even better when that bitch next door named Dixie is doing it!!)
